The official days of Affiliate Summit West 2015 are Sunday, January 18 through Tuesday, January 20, but lots of folks arrive on Saturday, January 17 to begin networking. The early check-in opens from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, and that’s a great time to get your badge and become familiar with the conference area. Also, it will enable you to avoid the lines the next day.
This is an opportunity for affiliates to discover the affiliate programs available to them. Attendees with a badge type of Advertiser, Affiliate Management, OPM/Agency or Network will have a chance to claim one roundtable and camp out at it. There will be limited tables, so it’s first come, first serve. After claiming a table, Advertiser, Affiliate Management, OPM/Agency or Network attendees can put out business cards, pamphlets, etc.
Affiliate Summit has a new app for your smart phone or tablet for Affiliate Summit West 2015, and it’s ready to use now for planning and networking. The app is tied into the new Affiliate Summit eSocial platform, where confirmed conference attendees can connect securely and privately with other attendees prior to Affiliate Summit West 2015 to network and request on site meetings.
The app also features the conference agenda, speaker bios, personalized schedules, attendee directory, message area, and more. In order to add it to your device, go to the Affiliate Summit West 2015 app page and create a website shortcut. Here is how you can do it on an iPhone or Android: iPhone
- Open the Safari browser.
- Go to the Affiliate Summit West 2015 app page.
- Tap the middle icon on the bottom toolbar (square with a right facing arrow).
- Press the button to Add to Home Screen.
- Tap the Add button.
- Open Firefox for Android.
- Go to the Affiliate Summit West 2015 app page.
- Press the Menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top right corner of the browser), and then tap on Page.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
