Acer has announced three new wearable devices to the Liquid Leap range. The firm unveiled the Liquid Leap Fit, Liquid Leap Curve and Liquid Leap Active along a host of other products including laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Acer is so serious about the wearable market with not one, not two, but three new devices unveiled. For starters, the Liquid Leap Fit is a new fitness tracker which will take on the likes of FitBit and Jawbone.
It has a one inch touchscreen much like previous Leap devices but adds sensors like an optical heart rate monitor and a stress sensor with gold-plated pads which will supposedly let you know just how stressed you really are. The Leap Fit can be changed between different wrist bands depending on what you're doing and where you're going.
Next up is the Liquid Leap Curve (see top image) which, as the name suggests, has a curved touchscreen making it the most stylish out of the three. It's waterproof and has the heart and stress sensors which are found on the Fit model. You'll be able to choose from different bands and materials.
The Liquid Leap Active is the most basic of the three, offering a 1in touchscreen and activity tracking inside a waterproof design and interchangeable bands. You'll also be able to get notifications on it and control music playback.

The Liquid Leap Fit and Liquid Leap Curve have a stress sensor, which can tell users when they should take a break from long hours of continuous office work. Stress levels are measured through a galvanic skin response detector in the wearable bands.
The new Liquid bands also have heart rate monitors and can track steps. When combined with the stress sensor, those features could help people live better lives, the company said.
The bands have 1-inch touchscreens and are waterproof. The bands are an extension of the first Liquid Leap band launched last year.
